Is it just me or did January feel like forever?
Nonetheless, it felt easier having a mini self love task to check off each day, was this the same for you?
It is easy to start a new year with long term goals and forget how important it is to take care of number one -yourself.
The aim of this challenge was to create a cost friendly, lockdown appropriate way to prompt self love through mini thought provoking tasks.
Its been fun, seeing your responses on Instagram stories and sharing ideas.
How did you find the challenge?
Did you complete each day?
Are there some days you will be carrying over into February?
Let me know in the comments below.

]]>Have lingerie clear out.
]]>When it comes to lingerie, there are 2 types of people [in my opinion].
Those who LOVE lingerie and have a wide, ever changing variety of colours and shapes and those who aren't so bothered and probably haven't updated their collection in... lets say a year or 2+
With that being said, lingerie is the first item you wear each day and the last to be taken off... changes your perspective a bit when you think of it like that right?
Experts say you should replace your old underwear with new ones every 6-12 months and inform us 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size.
Day 2 in the Self-Love January with 305IVE is dedicated to having a lingerie clear out, analysing which pieces you no longer wear and getting rid. Tomorrow you will thank yourself when you open your newly organised and decluttered lingerie collection.
Having a difficult time deciding what to get rid of? Let the bra decide.
If the bra no longer serves its purpose, has holes, wear and tears - it's a no. If the knickers have bobbles, small holes and or feel a little tight, perhaps it's time to let that lingerie go.
In efforts to keep to the theme of sustainability, below are 2 organisation you can donate your old bras/underwear.

Time to declutter your collection.
Be sure to comment and let me know how this goes for you.
