1.A random thought/ discovery about yourself
- I used to have severe anxiety about turning 30, because there’s huge societal pressure about what we should have achieved. Ironically now I’m in my thirties it’s the only time in my life where I haven’t cared about any of that.

2.Your fav self care thing to do…
- Put on some good music, shower , shave , mask , moisturise, burn incense, put great lingerie on & take sexy photos. Don’t necessarily send them to anyone (though sometimes I do), it just makes me feel hot, and has had a massive positive impact on how I view my body.

3.What does self love mean to you?
- I think a lot of the time the phrase “self love” comes with the connotation that we walk around 24/7 happy with who we are. But for me it’s more working on acceptance , recognising what makes me feel good and what doesn’t and changing my everyday towards the positive. It starts with my mental health and from there loving myself becomes a lot easier…. And when that doesn’t work fake it til you make it.

4.What is one thing you are not putting up with anymore ?
- Hiding parts of myself in the worry of being judged.

5.What your favourite 305IVE statement knicker and why?
- consent is sexy in the red silky material 💥 the cut , the slogan, the colour, deffo could see myself wearing those to a kink party
