How long will my order take to be made?

As each item is handmade upon order, please leave up to two weeks for items to be dispatched. Once your item(s) are made you will be contacted via email to update you on the status of your order.

 How can I tell which size to buy?

A size guide has been illustrated on the 'Sizing Guide' on the footer of each page. For any further assistance in deciding your size, do send over a message via the Instagram DMs.

Does 305IVE offer custom sizes?

Yes, at 305IVE we understand that no two women are the same. In the event of needing alternating sizes i.e. Size small on top and Medium on the bottom, select 'Mixed Sizes' when adding item to basket, then after purchasing and receiving your order visit the "Contact" page and specify the required sizes stating your order number. Alternatively if your size is not displayed on the shop do contact us via the contact us page, where you will be required to send in measurements - you will be assisted, do note this cost may vary as new pattern construction will have to be created.

Can I change my order once I have paid?

It is not impossible to amend an order (permitted production has not already commenced) Unfortunately, as each item is made upon order it is unlikely an order can be amended. Do contact us with your order number via the "Contact" page to see the status of your order - it may still be possible.

How do i care for my item(s)?
305IVE garments are handmade using delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time however for best results please hand wash each item and refrain from using washing machines.

Do the products online look accurate?

305IVE has endeavored to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor. Do note that different styles will look different on different bodies.

Will my information be shared with third parties?

We take data protection very seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

At present 305IVE does not offer returns, however exchanges can be granted in the unlikely event of items arriving faulty, or a size change (permitting hygiene seal and labelling is still in its original condition) Style must remain unsoiled, unworn, unwashed and still intact, including ALL packaging.

How much is postage and packaging?

Standard delivery to UK addresses are £3 and £10 for international delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

305IVE now offers Worldwide shipping using Royal Mail's tracked service.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately, as items are made upon order 305IVE does not offer a next day delivery option.
