RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Since all items are made upon order, at this time refunds are not accepted. However, in the unlikely event items are received damaged or faulty, or size change [providing this is not a custom made order]:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and item you would like to exchanged
Garments must be returned in original condition with tags attached and unworn within 7 business days of receiving.
Return shipping charges will be determined case by case.
Style must remain unsoiled, un-laundered, unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact, including ALL packaging. For all exchanges within UK, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date.
Please note due to hygiene reasons 305IVE does not offer refunds or exchanges on Knickers, this is to ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
Please ensure you are using the size chart before making purchases.
305IVE does not cover any return shipping costs for exchanges. The return cost will be incurred at your own expense.
305IVE reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace your style if tags are hygiene stickers are tampered with or taken off. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit.
305IVE garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time. 305IVE holds a no warranty policy. In accordance with health regulations any item returned for an exchange that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted.
Lost or Missing Parcels
305IVE does not offer refunds for lost parcels. All items are posted using track and signed postage and a tracking number will be issued once parcels are posted.
Delivery to wrong address:
It is important to ensure the correct address is entered at check out.
In the event the incorrect address is processed when placing your order, unfortunately 305IVE will not be held responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address should you wish to have this item resent to the correct address.
Kindly note, you will need to contact email@example.com quoting your order number to arrange the redelivery.
305IVE does not cover any dutie/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.
