Not enough people care about men's mental health, it's hard out there.

2. What is one thing you would tell your younger self?

It's not a must to go to uni after finishing college if your career path doesn't require it. Instead, sit down and plan what would be the best next step for your career.

4. What is one thing you are not putting up with anymore?

Giving everyone my energy. I pride myself on not being malicious behind people's back, but i've realised not everyone has the same moral code as me. Without intentionally being harmful or doing the same I stopped giving non-deserving people my energy or time of day.

5. What is your favourite 305IVE statement knicker and why?

Ask For Consent. My understanding of consent is, it has to be a continuous mutual agreement between those involved.

The world would be a better place if everyone understood consent in all aspects whether male or female. There'll always be people who don't care about it, but it's the people that don't understand who are most worrying. Maybe this should be a conversation and discussion to start having early in children's lives.
